Cafe Noga is a cool layed back place. Though it is not a tourist hangout all the waitresses speak english. Prices are average, 25 sheckels for a beer,shot, malt liquor. It is usually busy every night but there are enough pool tables for all. The place is very nice and very well kept, including the bathroom. They do charge for renting the pool balls but amongst friends it is not too exspensive. There is also a Dart board and a giant TV to watch the latest soccer game. Whatever you want just bring an ID
